Councils and utilities up their game on climate impacts

Councils, government departments and lifeline utilities are more prepared for the impacts of climate change than four years ago, but there is still a way to go.
A survey by the Ministry for the Environment asked 212 organisations a range of questions about their climate adaptation preparedness. It follows a 2020 survey which asked the same questions and found most respondents had limited or no understanding of their exposure to climate risks.
